2. Data we process

The data you send us through the contact form or by email: full name, email, company (optional), subject and message.

3. Purpose

To answer your enquiry and, if you are a business interested in becoming a dealer, to manage the commercial relationship prior to a possible contract. We do not send you marketing without your express consent.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form (art. 6.1.a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR) and, where the enquiry concerns a possible business relationship, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

5. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. To provide the service we use processors: Web3Forms (sending the form by email), Google Workspace (email) and Cloudflare (website hosting). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case they do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and then for the applicable legal periods. If a business relationship starts, for its duration.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@euromotodistribution.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Only the technical elements needed to display the page are used.

9. Andorra

Enquiries about our activity in Andorra may be handled by Euromoto Distribution FS, S.L. (NRT L-718597-T), which processes personal data under Andorran Law 29/2021 of 28 October on personal data protection.
